Amazing food, cooked to perfection. Worth every penny. 10/10.

Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Disappointed that the ‘tub of tartar sauce’ was a few sachets of Heinz starter sauce.

Excellent as always, although the breaded haddock was a little disappointing this time. Tasted like it had been frozen. I do accept that it’s probably difficult to get fresh fish at this time of year, so it won’t stop me ordering again.

Now that Gino’s has opened I no longer need to drive all the way to Glasgow for a “quality’” fish supper. Always made fresh to order without asking.

Very impressed with service and presentation in cardboard boxes. I was disappointed not to receive the advertised slice of lemon and tartare sauce. As an older person, the breaded fish was too hard for me to eat and the haggis fritters too tough. My friend enjoyed his battered fish as I the potato fritters.

We enjoyed the fish, not quite as keen on the chips - it felt as though they had been made a bit earlier. We still enjoyed it and would order again.

Gino’s is by far the best “chippie” in town! The fish always tastes fresh and the batter is crispy..chips are amazing too!!

The chips were quite cold and not thick - almost tasted like reheats but surely they couldn’t have been. The fish was OK, nothing special. Disappointed that the tartare sauce wasn’t home made. I’m really sorry. I really wanted for us to enjoy this but sadly not.

Ordered online. It stated 16:50. Arrived 16:45 after sitting in car waiting for 5 mins. Then stood in line for 15 minutes looking at a bag that may of been my food. It was. When I asked if it would still be hot as I knew it had sat for 15 minutes minimum I was told it would be and surprise surprise it was not. Surely when there is food sitting waiting to be collected they should check with people waiting in line or have a collection point!!

This was our fourth time we had purchased from Gino's and the first we used the app. The app was easy to use. The fish supper was excellent as it has been on previous times.

The service provided by the counter staff was average to be honest, my order was ready for collection, I only realised when I return to my hotel that my purchase was incomplete, my drink was missing and the bread roll was dry and not buttered as stated in the order. On a positive note the cod and chips were excellent.
